The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all food and beverage related operations, procedures, procurement and service. He/She +ADw-strong+AD4-must have at least 2 years+IBk experience working as a Head Chef in a 5 star Lodge or Tented Camp, be a strong leader and very customer oriented.+ADw-/strong+AD4 International Experience is a plus.+ADw-/p+AD4

+ADw-li+AD4-Implementing, maintaining and training all kitchen staff on all kitchen procedures and standards.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Innovative bush dining experience.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Vehicles and containers transporting food to camps to be spotless.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Excellent stock controls, rotation and administration.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Responsible for all food orders, storerooms and fridge and deep freezes.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Support the Lodge Manager and Assistant Lodge Manager with all HR related duties relating to the department.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Develop, upskill and train, motivate and inspire the reception team to aspire to the+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Company+IBk-s Beliefs and standards.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Co-ordinate and manage the team+IBk-s requirements relating to the working roster, leave, staff welfare and payroll duties.+ADw-/li+AD4

+ADw-li+AD4-A formal or tertiary food qualification.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Minimum of 2 years previous Exec / Head Chef experience required in a 5 Star Lodge or Tented camp.+ADw-/li+AD4
+ADw-li+AD4-Conversant with Micros POS and Materials Control software.+ADw-/li+AD4
